Head of Operations (North West England) – Community Integrated Care
We are looking for an experienced and inspiring leader to oversee Registered Managers and Supported Living Services across the North West of England. You will be responsible for operational performance across the region, ensuring services meet all contractual, regulatory, legal and quality requirements while driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
* Oversee and support Registered Managers across multiple sites.
* Ensure services meet CQC regulations, inspection frameworks, legal and quality requirements.
* Lead operational performance, managing priorities, resources, and budgets.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and strategic growth within the region.
* Influence culture and lead teams to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred services.
Qualifications
* Strong understanding of CQC regulations, inspection frameworks and the social care landscape.
* Knowledge of personalisation, inclusion and diverse needs of supported people.
* Proven ability to lead teams and influence culture.
* Experience managing operational priorities, resources and budgets across multiple sites.
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle for work purposes.
