Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Production Artworker to join their team in Brackley. THE ROLE Ensuring all artwork is accurate and aligned with Design Packs and Text Schedules Preparing print/cut files for production (converting AI to PDF/DXF, etc.) Delegating tasks to production departments using software tools Printing and creating work orders and visuals for production Colour matching using Pantone and RAL references Supporting the wider production team with general artwork requirements Full training on in-house processes provided This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:00.
