As our Billing Specialist, you'll do more than manage invoices you'll drive revenue, ensure operational precision, and support teams and clients across the UK. This is a role for someone who thrives on accuracy, loves solving problems, and wants to see the direct impact of their work every day.
What You'll Do:
* Own end-to-end billing: prepare, review, and issue invoices with precision.
* Collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and outsourced partners across multiple regions and currencies.
* Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure healthy cash flow.
* Reconcile discrepancies, troubleshoot billing issues, and provide proactive solutions.
* Maintain detailed billing records and support reporting for month-end, quarter end, and year-end processes.
* Identify process improvements and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our global billing operations.
* Act as a trusted point of contact for internal teams and clients regarding billing inquiries.
What Makes You a Fit:
* Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations ideally in tech or consulting environments.
* Comfortable with multi currency invoicing and working with outsourced teams.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisation.
* Proficient with financial software and Excel; able to analyze and report data.
