About The Nest Club
Accessible Therapy for Parents and Couples. For Life Today.
At The Nest Club we offer accessible, more affordable, high-quality therapy for individuals, couples and parents. Whether it's a heart-wrenching fertility journey, birth trauma, parenting overwhelm, or a relationship on the brink, we help people find their footing in life's most vulnerable moments.
We’re on a mission to significantly improve the mental well-being of parents and partners, with high-quality, affordable, inclusive counselling and psychotherapy especially at life’s most meaningful and messy moments.
Interested in Being Part of the Team?
We offer our qualified psychotherapists, counsellors, and psychologists the chance to work as part of a modern, mission-led practice. You'll be supported, championed, and trusted to bring your best to the work alongside a diverse, forward-thinking team.
We are currently an online-only service, but with a vision to open up in-person spaces in future. This is a great opportunity for therapists who are confident working remotely while being deeply present and relational.
The Role
As a Nest Club therapist, you will:
* Deliver high-quality online therapy to individuals and couples via secure platforms
* Support clients navigating: parenting stress, pregnancy and the postnatal period, fertility challenges, anxiety, identity shifts, trauma, and relationship strain
* Work within ethical guidelines (BACP, UKCP, HCPC, BABCP or equivalent)
* Maintain accurate, GDPR-compliant digital records and manage your diary independently
* Participate in group supervision (provided) and maintain your own external supervision
* Practise with empathy, rigour, and warmth, balancing professionalism with a human approach
* Be part of a collaborative, non-hierarchical team culture that values curiosity, creativity, and mutual care
* Contribute to the evolving ethos of The Nest Club, shaping how we support families, couples and individuals across the UK
What We’re Looking for in a Nest Club Therapist
We’re looking for passionate, skilled, self-aware practitioners who are:
* Qualified and Registered/Accredited with BACP, UKCP, NCS, BABCP, AFT or BPS
* Family, Perinatal and Couples Training - hugely beneficial, not a prerequisite
* Socially and Culturally Conscious – attuned to the impact of identity, systems, and culture on emotional wellbeing
* Safe and Ethical – in regular external supervision and aligned with best-practice standards
* Organised and Efficient – confident with online platforms, diary tools, and clinical note-taking
* Properly Insured and Cleared – holding public liability insurance and an Enhanced DBS certificate
* Relational and Reflective – able to build genuine therapeutic rapport online and hold complexity with care
We’ll ask you to provide:
* CV
* Counselling qualifications (qualification, provider, dates, grade)
* Professional governing body details
* Any specialisms
* Whether you are a clinical supervisor
* Languages spoken fluently
* Evidence of qualifications, supervision, insurance, and right to work in the UK
