We are looking for people interested in the Assistant Practitioner role in our Central Youth service. The service itself is a Community Mental Health Team for young people aged between 14 and 25 years old, staffed by a range of professionals across various disciplines.
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Assistant Practitioner to work within our team, to help deliver brief interventions to service users as well as their carers and families.
The role is a community based one with opportunity to travel to meet young people, but also will operate from 80 St Stephens Street, Norwich.
The working patterns are flexible, and we are happy to receive applications from those who want part time as well as full time.
Main duties of the job
Whilst experience working with children and young people would make you perfectly suited to this role, we are really open to welcoming people
from a variety of different backgrounds who have experience in other areas of mental health. We understand that you will be able to bring with
you a wealth of skills and experience to the team and would welcome ways of thinking.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for working with young people and their families.
