Job description

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant / PA to support the Managing Director. This is a varied, part-time role combining routine admin with one-off project support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and responsibility in their work.

Experience of estate agency environments would be an advantageous, but not essential. The ideal candidate will be motivated, highly organised, can multi task efficiently, are well presented, and are keen to uphold excellent standards, with a "can do" attitude.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide PA support to the Managing Director, including diary and correspondence management.
* Carry out day-to-day office admin and record keeping.
* Assist with HR administration, compliance, and risk assessments.
* Support financial admin in Xero (invoicing, reconciliations, credit control).
* Liaise with staff, clients, and suppliers on behalf of the MD.
* Provide support with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

About You

* Previous admin or PA experience.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and/or Google equivalents; knowledge of Xero is an advantage.
* Highly organised, discreet, and able to manage priorities.
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £14.00-£17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 21 per week
