Role:
The role will suit an experienced candidate who is immediately available for work on a temporary basis.
Duties will include:
1. Arranging appointments
2. Providing excellent customer service over the phone or via email communication
3. Complete EHE documentation and checks
4. Day to Day overseeing of the registers ensuring that staff are recording attendance across the day
5. Perform various administration duties including booking meetings, printing and photocopying
6. Updating and maintaining the internal database
Person:
7. Excellent Communication Skills
8. Customer service skills
9. Hold strong system skills
10. Excellent administrative experience
11. Able to pass an Enhanced DBS check
