Key Responsibilities
* Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the conveyancing team
* Managing case files, correspondence and legal documentation
* Liaising with clients, estate agents and other professionals
* Maintaining diary and appointment management
* Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines
Requirements
* Proven experience as a legal secretary, ideally within conveyancing
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office suite
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
