Job Summary We are now seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team across the United Kingdom, taking responsibility for commercial management of major infrastructure projects across our renewable energy, highways, and marine portfolio. Key Responsibilities * Lead commercial management of multiple high-value civil engineering projects simultaneously * Manage contract administration, including variations, claims, and final accounts * Produce detailed cost and cash flow forecasts * Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements * Monitor project costs and value engineering opportunities * Provide commercial advice to project teams and senior management * Lead procurement activities and supplier engagement * Mentor junior quantity surveyors and commercial team members Essential Requirements * Proven commercial management experience in projects exceeding £10M * Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related discipline * Significant heavy civil engineering project exposure to renewable energy infrastructure, highways, or marine construction * Thorough working knowledge of NEC3/4 and FIDIC contract forms * Ability to carry out detailed re-measurements in accordance with standard methods.
