Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimator and Project Manager located in Northampton. The position involves preparing accurate cost estimates for signage projects, managing project budgets, and overseeing project timelines. The role also includes collaborating with clients, internal teams, and installers to ensure the successful implementation of each project. Clear communication and attention to detail will be critical to delivering high-quality results while maintaining efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Experienced in Cost Management, Project Estimation, and Budgeting to ensure efficient financial planning and resource allocation for projects.
* Strong expertise in Construction Estimating, with the ability to analyse project details and generate accurate cost assessments.
* Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with clients, team members, and contractors, as well as for effectively presenting project plans and updates.
* Strong organisational and time management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Proven ability to lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
* Experience in the signage industry or a related field is a plus.
* Proficiency with relevant software and tools used in cost estimation and project management.
