Job Opportunity: Out of Hours Floating Support Worker (Female, Driver)
Location: Bristol
Pay: £14.83 per hour
Hours: 17:00 - 23:00 or 19:00 - 1:00
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Floating Support Worker to join our team in Bristol. As a Floating Support Worker, you will provide vital support to individuals who need assistance to live independently, ensuring they receive the care and resources they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver practical and emotional support to individuals in their own homes
* Assist with daily living activities, helping clients maintain independence
* Develop and implement support plans tailored to each individual's needs
* Ensure a safe, supportive environment, providing guidance and empowerment
* Maintain accurate records and report on progress
* Regular travel between the hostels, so a full driving license and access to a car are essential
Requirements:
1. Female candidates only (This is an occupational requirement for gender-specific support)
2. Full, clean driving license with access to a car for travel
