Key Requirements Professionally and compliantly deliver the Council's Housing Register and the Choice Based Letting system for the Borough in accordance with the Allocations Policy, associated legislation & regulatory frameworks To be responsible for the day to day leadership and the line management of the Registration and Allocation Advisors To provide an outstanding customer service to our all customers Skills & experience Previous experience in assessing housing applications and working with choice based letting systems Previous experience in a senior or management role Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Confident in communication with applicants, internal teams, eternal partners and elected members Additional Information The Councils offer a range of staff benefits: pension generous leave entitlements starting at 25 days plus bank holidays (pro-rata) flexible working, where appropriate Employee Assistance Programme access to employee benefits platform.
