Service Advisor
Compensation and Benefits
* Salary £28,000 – £32,000 per annum plus commission/bonus.
* Good pension scheme.
* 22 days holiday plus all UK bank holidays.
Location and Hours
* Haywards Heath, West Sussex.
* Monday to Friday 08:00‑18:00, and one Saturday morning in four.
* Free on‑site parking.
About the Employer
Partnered with an established motor industry client looking to recruit two full‑time permanent Service Advisors.
Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for the Service Department.
* Book customers' vehicles into the Service Department over the phone and face to face.
* Explain and sell the repair process and cost breakdown, building customer relations and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications, Competencies and Knowledge
* Good organisational skills.
* Good computer literacy.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Previous experience in the motor sector preferred – not essential.
