Quoted Works Delivery Manager – Manchester Airport
Overview

Key Objectives
Managing the delivery of quoted small works across the site, ensuring compliance with contractual SLAs, airport engineering standards, and QHSE procedures.
🔧 Your Responsibilities
Technical Project Delivery
1. Support the Quoted Works Contract Manager in delivering small works
2. Ensure specifications and scope of works are agreed with the customer
3. Coordinate contractor site surveys to define required works
4. Plan and coordinate works with subcontractors and internal FM engineering teams
5. Ensure all works are delivered safely on time, and to technical specifications
Safety & Compliance Leadership
6. Review and approve RAMS and SSOW documentation
7. Manage permits to work in line with MAG and Mitie QHSE protocols
8. Conduct audits and inspections to uphold safety and compliance
Stakeholder Engagement
9. Build strong relationships with subcontractors, FM leads, project managers, and internal teams
10. Provide QHSE support to the self-delivery engineering team
Documentation & Reporting
11. Ensure accurate project documentation and timely reporting
12. Support monthly performance reviews and contract compliance checks
General Duties
13. Uphold company policies and procedures
14. Take on additional tasks aligned with your technical expertise
15. Promote a proactive safety culture across the site
🧠 What We're Looking For
16. Proven experience in engineering project delivery within a technical FM environment
17. Hands-on experience in civil or fabric works (preferred)
18. Project management experience (preferred)
19. Knowledge of CDM regulations (preferred)
20. Strong understanding of building services and FM operations
21. Excellent coordination and communication skills
