As a Support Worker, you will:
1. Provide person-centred care and practical support
2. Assist with daily living activities
3. Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
4. Support service users with emotional and social needs
5. Work effectively as part of a care team
Essential Requirements
6. Minimum 3 months’ experience in support or care work within the UK
7. Compassionate, patient, and reliable approach
8. Right to work in the UK
9. Willingness to complete an Access NI check (if not already in place)
10. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts (days, nights, weekends)
