About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to provide essential leadership and management across our supported living and mental health services in Derby. This role is perfect for a Senior Support Worker or existing Team Leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional, person-centred mental health support and empowering a dedicated team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, quality of care, and professional development of your Support Workers. Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do) You will provide hands-on leadership and oversight in four core areas: Team Management: Lead daily briefings, effectively allocate staff and workloads, and maintain a highly visible presence within services to coach and motivate the team. Quality & Compliance: Conduct site visits, manage audits (medication, H&S), ensure practices meet CQC standards, and promptly resolve maintenance/safeguarding concerns.
