Location: Tadley, Hampshire
Salary: £14.10 per hour (£29,328 pro rata) plus benefits
Hours: Up to 40 hours per week, shifts 9:00 pm to 7:00 am, Monday to Sunday (on a shift rota basis)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Driving Requirement: A valid full UK manual driving license is preferable, but not essential

About Heather House: Heather House is a specialist nursing home for sixteen young adults with severe complex neurological, learning, and physical disabilities and life-limiting conditions, including Juvenile Batten disease (CLN3) and Rett syndrome. Residents enjoy activities like music, singing, hydrotherapy, and festive celebrations, with a magical garden wonderland at Christmas.
Who We Are Looking For: We seek passionate, compassionate, and emotionally resilient Support Workers to join our expanding team. You will play a vital role in supporting young people's engagement in daily activities, fostering joy and creating memorable experiences. Building strong relationships with residents and families is key.
Essential Criteria: Demonstrated experience in at least two of the following areas: Mental Health, Complex Health Needs, Learning Disabilities, Life-limiting Conditions, End of Life Care. You will also have a QCF in Health & Social Care Level 2 Diploma (or equivalent) and be willing to undertake Level 3 training, with a good understanding of regulatory standards.
