Executive Assistant to Entrepreneur (Hybrid – Henley-in-Arden)
I’m an entrepreneur running multiple businesses across retail, wholesale, fintech, healthcare, Accountancy and property. No two days are ever the same, and I’m looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to act as my right hand — someone who can bring structure, foresight, and problem-solving into a fast-moving environment.
This isn’t a traditional admin role. I need a strategic partner who can manage managers, oversee projects, and ensure the details are always under control — while also supporting me personally when required.
Responsibilities
* Manage my diary, inbox, travel, and key priorities
* Oversee projects, track progress against KPIs, and chase managers for delivery
* Prepare reports, meeting packs, and presentations for board and strategy meetings
* Act as first point of contact with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and partners
* Support with property, personal logistics, and lifestyle management (no two days are the same)
* Anticipate issues before they become problems — always two steps ahead
What I’m Looking For
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
* Logical problem-solver who thrives on making sense of complexity
* Fast learner with the ability to adapt and excel in new situations
* Confident communicator who can hold their own with senior people
* Tech-savvy — comfortable with tools like Microsoft 365, Monday.com, and modern comms platforms
* Experience as an EA/PA to a senior leader, entrepreneur, or in a high-growth business
