Field Care Supervisor
Location: SM4 - CR4 - SW20 - SW19- SM5, Surrey
Salary: £22,500 - 23,500
Hours: Full-time
You will be responsible for implementing field-based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area.
Responsibilities
* Support and manage a team of Care & Support Workers
* Be on-call in case of emergency
* Maintain close liaison with the Care Manager and Care Coordinator
* Act as a link between the customer and the office
* Oversee care quality control
* Monitor and supervise care service
