The Role In this role, you will take supervised responsibility for the commercial function on a project or section of a project, ensuring that objectives are met with efficiency and accuracy. Your daily tasks will include preparing standalone reports and applications, managing subcontract accounts, supporting negotiations, and reviewing incoming accounts and correspondence. You will contribute to the team’s commercial success by fostering collaboration, promoting continuous improvement, and supporting your colleagues and subordinates. You will have the following qualifications & experience: Expert knowledge of contract and subcontract terms and processes involved in delivering work Proven ability to develop and implement commercial strategies Extensive experience managing key accounts and supporting negotiations Strong understanding of project delivery and commercial reporting Commitment to safety, sustainability, and continuous professional development NEC 3 / 4 contract experience Ready to make an impact?
