Contract Type: Permanent; Contract Term: TTO Plus - Term time only plus weeks; Hours per Week: 37.00; Weeks per Year: 47.149; Pay Grade: Transform Trust | 20 - 24; Actual Salary: £28,560.78 per annum.
Responsibilities
* Manage the school office and provide HR, payroll and other administrative, financial, organisational processes within the school.
* Work closely with the Executive Headteacher, Head of School and Transform Trust central team to ensure school finance and HR processes are completed accurately and timely.
* Contribute to the planning, development and monitoring of support services and management of support staff, including delegation of relevant activities.
* Support the Senior Management Team to enable effective strategic decision making.
Requirements
* General office experience, ideally in an educational setting
* Experience of managing people
* Ability to carry out routine and more difficult financial calculations
* Ability to interpret data/information and present to senior staff
* Accurate and diligent
* Teamwork
* Literate and numerate
* Excellent communication skills with children and adults
