Role: Finance Business Partner (FTC - 14 Months Mat leave)

We provide integrated services across mechanical & electrical, cleaning, portering, catering, security, and capital projects, including long-term PFI and output-based contracts.
We're seeking an Experienced Finance Business Partner to cover maternity leave for 14 months. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will manage a portfolio of contracts worth around £30m in revenue, supporting the Operating Unit Director with consolidating and reporting regional financial metrics. Your role will involve delivering commercial insight on business performance to influence decision-making, drive profitable growth, and support the delivery of the organisation's long-term strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare monthly management accounts and reports using SAP, Coupa, and CAFMs.
2. Work with contract managers and operational teams to ensure accurate, timely data.
3. Support budgets through rolling forecasts, quarterly updates, and annual plans.
4. Identify opportunities and risks early, driving efficiency and cost savings.
5. Build strong stakeholder relationships, advising on financial risks and influencing decisions.
What You Bring:
* Must be a Finance Business Partner in a similar role and environment.
* Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).
* Experience in complex financial environments.
* Knowledge of SAP and CAFMs preferred.
* Strong interpersonal and commercial skills.
* Ability to work under pressure, spot opportunities, and develop innovative solutions.
* Proactive team player with the confidence to work independently.
