Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Arborist to join our client’s team in Bath and the surrounding area.
The role involves a variety of tree care operations such as removals, pruning, crown lifting and thinning, deadwood management, planting, and longer-term maintenance.

What we’re looking for:
* Experience as an Arborist, with strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for high-quality tree care.
* Solid knowledge of arboriculture practices, safety procedures, and equipment care, with the ability to carry out operations safely and confidently.
* Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and interact professionally with clients.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to problem-solve on site.
* A full, clean UK driving licence
Essential qualifications (or willingness to work towards — training and career progression available):
* CS30 / NPTC 201 – Level 3 Chainsaw Maintenance and Cross-cutting
* CS31 / NPTC 202 – Level 3 Felling Small Trees ( 760mm)
* CS40 / NPTC 302 – Level 3 Aerial Tree Pruning
* CS41 / NPTC 303 – Level 3 Aerial Tree Rigging
* Safe use of a Chainsaw from a MEWP
* First Aid certification
