Job Title: Telesales Representative

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 4:30pm
Pay: £13.00 - £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join a growing healthcare consumables company based in Tipton. This is a full-time, office-based position with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract following a successful temporary period.
This role involves making outbound sales calls to a mixture of warm leads and new prospects, helping to grow and develop the company's customer base within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Making outbound sales calls to warm leads and existing prospects
* Generating new business opportunities through proactive lead generation
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
* Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable healthcare consumable products
* Managing and updating the CRM system accurately
* Achieving individual and team sales targets
What We're Looking For
* Previous telesales or outbound sales experience (essential)
* Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively
* Strong organisational and IT skills
* Experience within healthcare or medical supplies (desirable but not essential)
