Youll be working across a mix of electrical, mechanical and electronic systems, including: Parking payment terminals Pay and display machines Barriers and access control systems ANPR-related hardware Ticketing equipment Payment and customer interface technology Associated electrical and mechanical components Day-to-day responsibilities Electrical and mechanical fault finding Installation and commissioning of new equipment Reactive callouts and preventative maintenance Diagnosing and repairing faults efficiently Supporting equipment in line with agreed SLAs Providing first-line customer training on system use Completing accurate service documentation and reports Liaising directly with customers on-site Ideal background Wed be keen to speak with engineers or technicians from backgrounds such as: Field Service Engineering Parking systems Access control Barriers EPOS Vending Ticketing systems Alarms CCTV EV charging Payment terminals Electro-mechanical equipment Youll need strong fault-finding skills, a methodical approach to diagnostics and the confidence to work independently in a customer-facing field role.
