Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater (Hybrid)
£60,000 – £67,500 DOE + £5,500 Car Allowance
9 day working fortnight (every other Friday off)

Job Overview
We are recruiting an Electrical Project Engineer to join a Tier 1 engineering services provider delivering works at Hinkley Point C, one of the UK’s largest and most complex infrastructure projects.
This role is open to junior, mid-level and experienced candidates, including those looking to transition into the nuclear sector from other regulated industries.
Responsibilities
* Support delivery of electrical works to safety, quality, time and cost targets
* Assist with project planning, scheduling and reporting
* Coordinate procurement of materials and subcontractors
* Review electrical designs, drawings and specifications
* Monitor project progress and commercial performance
* Work collaboratively with internal teams and suppliers
* Support health, safety and quality compliance on site
Responsibilities will increase with experience and capability.
Requirements
* Degree or HNC in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
* Comprehensive electrical knowledge (including electrical installations)
* Experience in engineering, construction or project delivery
* Regulated-sector experience desirable (nuclear, rail, oil & gas, defence, data centres)
* Previous experience working in a project engineering or project management position, ideally gained in a engineering/construction services business.
* Strong communication and organisational skills
