Description
We are seeking a Customer Development Executive (Sales Account Manager) to develop and implement business plans that increase visibility and growth across Contract Catering and Workplace channels, with tailored in-outlet activation plans to support our goal of becoming a leading wellbeing drinks brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute customer plans to grow revenue, profit, and brand equity from existing and new business opportunities.
* Monitor performance, forecast accuracy, and analyze data to inform course corrections.
* Build collaborative relationships with Regional wholesalers, key end-user accounts, and National RTM contacts.
* Create a positive consumer experience in out-of-home (OOH) customers with a focus on wellbeing.
* Design creative in-outlet activation aligned with the connection strategy to enhance Twinings visibility.
* Develop external relationships, prioritizing impactful connections that align with customer and channel strategies.
* Drive new business acquisition and grow existing contracts through strategic contact and meetings.
* Identify and implement customer plans aligned with channel strategic and commercial goals.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
* Experience in Customer Development, Sales, or Account Management, preferably in food service or contract catering/wellbeing channels.
* High persistence, positive growth mindset, and creative problem-solving skills.
* Commercial acumen with a multi-customer perspective.
* Numerate with a good understanding of revenue management.
* Comfortable working in ambiguity and field-based roles, with willingness to travel to London and other key accounts.
