The successful candidate will provide sound and inspiration leadership across the team to deliver a safe and effective operation, whilst managing the budget and resource, operational performance, people, and talent as well as interfacing, negotiating, and resolving customer issues. The key responsibilities in this role include; Embed all DHL operations tools, processes, and reports into the operations and establish annual and multi-year priorities and growth targets for each contract, ensuring contract agreement management is in place and updated. Customer interface, negotiations, and issue resolution. Identifies opportunities to enhance the relationship and 3rd party/supplier negotiations and budget management. Responsible for all issues relating to Health & Safety and the Environment. Budget and P&L responsibility (multi-site / Accounts), oversee and manage key projects on customer accounts within the Region. Recruitment and discipline in accordance with Company policy and HR support. Create a culture of continuous improvement and maintain a positive working environment. Closed book transport management experience - essential Proven track record in account development including growth and collaboration.
