Qualifications for the Store Associate role include:
* Must be at least 18 years of age.
* Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and with minimal supervision.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Excellent communication skills to assist customers and provide information.
* Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
* Attention to detail to maintain store cleanliness and assist with inventory tasks.
