Grocery Commercial Executive – Elida Beauty Work Location – London Holborn / WFH / Flexible Job Type- Full Time Travel – Limited to Customer occasionally Who we are … we are Elida Beauty Elida Beauty is a very exciting new beauty business which was previously part of Unilever. Your Role & Key Responsibilities Your Role: The purpose of the role is to assist the Key Account Manager in developing and implementing a plan across selected customer. The role requires a high level of accuracy and right first time approach to internal and external systems and processes. Key responsibilities include the following: Subject matter expert for internal and external systems including TPM creation, rebate monitoring, promotional loading and new line forms. Management of the retailer promotional calendar to ensure all deadlines are met for promo cycles and range review deadlines. Be the internal expert on the customer and their processes. Assist with the negotiation of JBPs, trade terms, pricing and funding. Track and report against agreement once confirmed. Be aware of the overall customer P&L and the variables which can impact performance. Manage customer operations striving for accuracy and ‘right first time’ mindset. Continually update promotional plans, EPOS trackers and other working documents. Analyse where appropriate. Keep the consumer at the heart of the plan by working collaboratively with our category teams. Your Key Tasks: Assist the Key Account Manager in day to day customer management. Manage the new line process for range reviews and ensure deadlines are achieved. Build strong and progressive relationships through all levels with selected customers Invoice accuracy process and pricing management. Activate growth plans within the customer's organization via best in class administration. Tracking/measuring the success of growth initiatives (launches and promotions/activations) Monitor and report sales performance by customer. Working cross functionally to ensure clear communication on projects and retailer goals. Online monitoring and improvements to retailer sites. Competitor reporting Ensure promotions are loaded accurately into systems with associated uplifts reflected in volume forecasts. Assist retail marketing teams in implement activations. Stakeholder Management and key interfaces: Internal: Sales Director Key Account Manager Customer & Category Development Manager Trade Category Management Brand Managers Shopper Marketing managers Supply chain team. Finance External: Customers: Marketing/communication agencies (if applicable) Skills and Experience Educational Background: Degree level education, preferably in business/sales and marketing. Must haves: At least 1 year of working experience in Sales or Managing customers (retail or supplier side) Proven track record of managing & delivering against sales & margin targets Ability to demonstrate people led & purposeful leadership Excellent relationship building skills A passion for the Beauty & Personal Care World Nice to have: E commerce/Digital experience CCD / Shopper Marketing Experience Experience in Beauty & Personal Care Industry / working with BPC brands Professional Knowledge/Skill Requirements: Must have: Functional and technical knowledge Strong communication skills Relationship building skills Problem solving skills Synthesis of data and insight Intermediate ability with MS excel Language Requirements: English Additional languages are a plus Who we are looking for Bias for action, drive for results A team player A strong sense of ownership and accountability Strong attention to detail.
