About the Role
As a Drainage Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the Network Manager by planning and overseeing a comprehensive programme of works for our clients. Your commitment to Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental compliance will be key in everything you do.
Location & Hours
* Location: Brixworth, Northamptonshire – site-based, 5 days per week
* Hours: Permanent Full-time, 40 hours per week
* Salary: £32,760 - £45,430 per year + £5k annual car allowance + benefits

Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Design, plan, and schedule works programmes effectively.
* Assist in achieving and exceeding key business targets and Key Performance Indicators.
* Ensure compliance with NEC 4 contract terms.
* Collaborate with the Asset Management Team to deliver cost-effective highways maintenance solutions for all Northamptonshire stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
* Hold a HNC or ONC in Civil Engineering and have completed the Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (CITB).
* Possess 12D M7 Lantra and IOSHH or NEBOSH certification.
* Have experience in the Local Authority Highways sector, including new builds, maintenance, and improvement works.
* Are familiar with the Traffic Management Act and other regulations related to working on public highways.
