Now is the time to add to their marketing function - and we are supporting their search for multi-disciplinary Marketing Manager to join a high-performing and energetic team. Lead by an experienced and innovative Director - this new Marketing Manager will be given the autonomy and scope to build an effective team, with all the tools and support needed to succeed. Deliver on all strategic aspects of marketing, whilst finding a way to make it fun, informative and outside of the ordinary. Key Responsibilities: Identify the target audience - develop the marketing strategy with support of the Director to reach specific objectives across the different channels and segments. Execute your plans - collaborating with in-house teams to deliver compelling and engaging content across multiple channels. Use the data at your disposal to understand customer insights, consumer trends and market analysis. Create your own analytics and KPIs, redefine key metrics to report accurately to the senior leadership team. Use your findings to improve future campaigns, make recommendations and build formal proposals. Take the lead on email campaigns, performance marketing, social media and website development. Drive customer leads, and in turn revenue with carefully designed GTM strategies. Improve the customer journey with relevant communications. Manage the marketing budget. Work collaboratively with a driven and experienced team to create briefs and guide creative direction. Execute multi-channel campaigns from prospect, all the way through the customer life-cycle. Manage content and updates for internal touchpoints. To Be Successful: The ability to think creatively and strategically. Demonstrable experience in building reports, recommendations and initiatives from strong data analysis. The ability to use SEO tools, Google Search Console, SEMrush & Google Analytics. Experience using HTML. Success in developing and mentoring a team of marketeers. A strong relationship builder with stakeholders at all levels. Natural ability to prioritise and juggle multiple projects at the same time. Unafraid to challenge the status quo, bring fresh ideas and deliver original concepts.
