Anabas is currently seeking to employ an experienced Front of House Receptionist/Facilities Assistant to provide an exceptional client experience through the delivery of their duties in Manchester. The Front of House Receptionist/Facilities Assistant role is very client interactive and therefore needs the position holder to be able to provide great customer service, high standards in operational delivery and ability to understand what is needed to ensure the client requirements are met. Training will be given to enable you to carry out your role effectively. This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, from 08.00 to 17.00 ​ An SIA licence is required for the role and BS7858 security vetting clearance. Key Responsibilities as a Receptionist: To provide a professional and courteous welcome to all visitors, ensuring a positive first impression. You will be proactively engaging with occupiers and visitors alike and will build and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders. To oversee visitor management, ensuring seamless coordination and adherence to company security protocols. In your day to day role, you will manage client floor meeting room bookings and hospitality requests in line with requires procedures, support and monitor Visitor Management System, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional guest experiences. You will also ensure visitor passes for events and client meetings have been prepared correctly where required. As a Front of House Receptionist, you will maintain a high standard of service, identifying opportunities for improvement where appropriate, monitor requests to Reception and Facilities e-mail address and resolve queries and requests efficiently. Work closely with the other Anabas team members on site in a one team approach to ensure seamless service to the client fostering a “See it, Own it, Fix it” mentality. Always keep the desk clean and tidy and deal with any reasonable requests from Anabas Management team. As a post holder, you will be a fire marshal and assist with evacuations of the building. In addition, a SIA licence is desirable, but licence will be required during probation period which involves attending a 7 day course. Key Responsibilities as a Facilities Assistant: As a Facilities Assistant, you will take ownership and responsibility in providing support and resolution for our client’s teams ensuring a 5 star service is experienced by all. You will have flexibility in times of work and approach to undertaking other tasks which may sit outside of the role In your role, you will conduct daily floor walks and regular audits in line with agreed service frequencies and contractual obligations. You will ensure all meeting rooms are set up and checked prior to the start of all meetings and reset at the end to ensure meeting rooms are always in a state of readiness. You will support team to ensure all faults, issues, and concerns are resolved promptly and effectively, using systems such as QFM, WAP etc (training provided), coordinating the logistics and general movement of various items around the building and subsequent planning. Internal liaison with helpdesk and events support will be required to coordinate seamless operational efficiency and service delivery. Physical hands on support & approach to the team is needed to building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental standards will be central to your responsibilities.
