* To assist the DCDP, CDP and Sous chef.
* To follow instructions clearly and work well within a team.
* Producing a high standard of food for all outlets, consistently excellent.
* Ensuring the highest levels of hygiene and safety.
* Maintaining areas of work and machinery.
* Ensure the organization’s food policy and allergen management are implemented and followed.
* Controlling the order and storage of food supplies.
* To work under pressure as required by business levels.
* Continued learning and progression.

* To be flexible to work in other departments within the kitchen when required.
