This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established provider of private client services, offering a high-quality and consistent approach to the administration of trust and company structures for high-net-worth individuals.
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
•Supporting the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of private client trusts and companies.
•Maintaining and updating due diligence and statutory records.
•Assisting senior team members to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
•Drafting correspondence and maintaining accurate records across internal systems.
•Liaising with clients, intermediaries, and service providers as required.
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant professional qualification (such as STEP or equivalent) and have a minimum of three years’ experience in a trust or private client administration role. A detail-oriented, proactive approach and strong organisational skills are essential.
