Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Installation Manager located in Kent with some work from home being acceptable. The Installation Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen and interiors installations. Day-to-day tasks include managing installation schedules, coordinating with clients and installation teams, ensuring project deadlines are met, and conducting on-site inspections to guarantee quality and customer satisfaction. The role also involves troubleshooting any potential issues during installations and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.


Responsibilities

* Oversee all aspects of kitchen and interiors installations.
* Manage installation schedules and deadlines.
* Coordinate with clients and installation teams.
* Conduct on-site inspections to guarantee quality and customer satisfaction.
* Troubleshoot potential issues during installations.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations.


Qualifications

* Project Management and Scheduling skills
* Experience in Installation Coordination and Client Communication
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
* Attention to Detail and Quality Assurance skills
* Knowledge of Safety Standards and Compliance
* Proficiency with relevant software and tools for documentation and communication
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Experience in the kitchen and interiors industry is a plus.
