Occupational Therapist - Rehab Services (NHS Forth Valley)

Responsibilities
* Provide a comprehensive range of assessment, treatment/appropriate management, and onward referral within various specialties including rehab, medical, surgical, orthopaedics and community teams.
* Collaborate and liaise with a range of other agencies.
* Participate in a rotational post across multiple locations within Forth Valley, offering services over 7 days per week for a 37‑hour week.
* Travel between service locations throughout the area of service delivery.
Qualifications
* HCPC registered Band 5 Occupational Therapist.
* A member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
* Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery.
