Account Manager | HealthTech Software | Remote with UK Travel

An established HealthTech software provider is looking for a commercially-minded Account Manager to manage and grow key relationships across NHS secondary care. With a solid footprint in the UK and Ireland, the business is now entering a growth phase, this is your chance to join a collaborative and mission-led sales team focused on delivering measurable impact in healthcare settings.

The Role
* Manage a portfolio of NHS accounts across the UK, focusing on contract renewals, upselling and cross-selling.
* Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
* Expand product usage across departments and specialities within existing accounts.
* Lead on new business opportunities through a mix of inbound and outbound strategies (with marketing support).
* Maintain a detailed CRM, build tailored account strategies, and act as a trusted advisor.
* Collaborate with customer support and product teams to identify risks and uncover upsell opportunities.
About You
* 3+ years in sales or account management with a successful track record.
* Ideally preferred if you have previously worked in secondary care and are selling software into the NHS.
* Strong relationship-builder with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience selling software or digital solutions, ideally into the healthcare sector.
* Comfortable managing a large portfolio of clients and balancing commercial and service-led conversations.
* Able to work independently, prioritise effectively and travel across the UK as required.
* A full UK driving licence is essential.
The Package
* Up to £45,000 base with £62,500 OTE.
* 23 days annual leave, increasing with length of service
