Wellbeing Coordinator in Whitstable

If you have excellent communication as well as listening skills, super organised and creative then this could be your next role!

As a Wellbeing Coordinator you will deliver day to day wellbeing, engagement and recognition initiatives. Supporting with campaigns, events, communications and reporting to ensure all employees have a positive experience.


About the role

* Routine wellbeing calls with employees
* Signposting employees to appropriate support services.
* Managing the compliment process and employee of the month
* Coordinate seasonal events
* Administer long services awards
* Coordinate annual engagement activities and themed awareness campaigns
* Organise hotel accommodation when needed
* Write wellbeing emails and updates
* Reporting on all activities and outcomes


About you

* You will have exceptional administrative skills, ideally from a healthcare sector and experience of supporting wellbeing, engagement or HR initiatives.
* Experience of drafting internal communications
* Good understanding of confidentiality and data protection
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Strong organisational skills
* You will have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available) as well as a full UK driving licence

* Salary of £28,500
* 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri 9am – 5pm with some flexibility
