What the Job Involves In this role, you will support the team manager in operational management of a duty team. You will respond to safeguarding and children in need referrals, conduct assessments, develop support plans, and manage performance. Your responsibilities include mentoring and supporting staff, managing complex casework, chairing and facilitating meetings, and collaborating with partners to ensure effective service delivery. This is a hybrid position, requiring office presence during duty weeks and two days a week otherwise.
