Your Role
As a Support Worker, you will make a meaningful difference by assisting individuals with their daily routines and promoting their independence. Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting with eating, drinking, and meal preparation.
• Providing personal care and support.
• Administering medication.
• Offering companionship and emotional support.
• Encouraging independence in day-to-day activities.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: At least six months of care experience in the UK.
• Age: 18 or older.
• Approach: A caring, people-focused attitude.
• Skills: Excellent communication abilities.
• DBS: An enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
• Work Eligibility: The right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship but welcome those with 20 hour per week work allowances under existing sponsorship).
