Planning in‑the‑moment experiences perfectly suited to early development.
Using meaningful interactions, sensory play and early communication to support learning.
Keeping engaging learning journeys and supporting assessments.
Partnering with families so each baby’s individual needs and routines are understood.
Building early foundations for language, confidence and independence.
You Will Thrive With Us If You…
* Hold a Level 2/3 (or higher) early‑years qualification.
* Have recent experience working with babies and understand their developmental stages deeply.

The Important Stuff
Salary: from £26,000 (DOE & quals)
Hours: Four days, 7:30 am – 6 pm
Setting: Bright, nurturing Baby Room filled with play, care and early exploration.
Qualification: Relevant Early Years Qualification – Level 2/3
