We are seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Experis. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth and ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
Candidate Resourcing: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT roles. Utilize various channels and tools to attract top talent and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
Client Management: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met with high-quality candidates. Networking: Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and promote our services.
Experience in IT & Tech recruitment, with a focus on business development.
Strong understanding of the IT industry and its recruitment landscape.
