We’re looking for a highly motivatedSenior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator to complement our fantastic residential sales team inSouthampton working in our well knownMorris Dibben estate agency.

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales and progress sales through to exchange and completion. You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator
* Preferably an experiencedsalesperson
* Able to generate new business in atarget drivenenvironment
* Outstanding customer care /customer serviceexperience
* Resilient,positive, organised, numerate anddetail oriented
* Excellent verbal and writtencommunicationskills
* AFull UK driving licenceand access to your own vehicle
