Job Description:
Core-Asset Consulting is working with a growing wealth management firm to recruit a Client Services Executive to join their team in Edinburgh on a full-time basis.
This role offers the opportunity to support front-office teams in delivering a high standard of service to clients. You will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining accurate client records, and supporting the end-to-end client lifecycle. This role offers professional qualification sponsorship and strong progression opportunities.
* Experience in a similar financial services role.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* High level of organisation and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.
* Proactive approach with a strong focus on client service.
* Experience using CRM systems is advantageous.
* Willingness to develop knowledge and relevant industry qualifications.
Core Responsibilities:
* Act as a point of contact for clients and intermediaries, responding to queries and maintaining accurate records.
* Support portfolio-related activity, including processing payments and handling incoming funds.
* Prepare client meeting materials and assist with reporting, including quarterly valuations.
* Support client onboarding processes, including KYC and suitability checks.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing service delivery.
* Maintain client documentation in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
* Work closely with Risk & Compliance to ensure adherence to relevant regulations.
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure client data is accurate and up to date.
