Prestige Nursing & Care is looking for an organised and proactive Branch Administrator to support recruitment, onboarding and day‑to‑day branch operations.
The Branch Administrator Role
* Assist with community engagement and local recruitment events
* Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of new care staff
* Manage compliance checks (DBS, Right to Work, references, training)
* Book and organise training and inductions
* Maintain accurate records and office systems
* Handle calls, admin tasks, filing, and office supplies
* Support candidates and carers with excellent customer service
RTequirements for the Branch Administrator
Essential:
* Strong admin and organisational skills
* Confident communicator with great customer service
* Experience in admin, recruitment or HR
* High attention to detail and confidentiality
* Competent in Microsoft Office
* Able to manage deadlines and work independently
Desirable:
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
* Experience or interest in health & social care
* Understanding of DBS, Right to Work and safe recruitment
