Role Description
* Full time role
* Based in Cardiff and Pontypool Office (Hybrid also considered)
* Pro‑active, detail‑orientated & able to work independently on Sales, Purchases, Remortgages and Transfer of Equity matters
* Knowledge of Leasehold Transactions is also desired
* Provide support to department including junior members, team growth and business development
* Strong technical, communication an & organisational skills
* Driving licence and willingness to travel between offices required.
