Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Head of Construction Sales for Sany Machinery located primarily in East Anglia and surrounding counties with some work-from-home flexibility. The Head of Construction Sales will be responsible for overseeing the sales strategy in the construction sector, managing relationships with key clients, developing sales forecasts, and ensuring compliance with company sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include client consultations, overseeing the sales team, developing marketing strategies, and coordinating with service and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
* Strong skills in Budgeting and Forecast Control
* Experience in Key Account sales within the Construction industry or similar
* Proficiency in Sales Management
* Excellent leadership and team management and motivational skills
* Effective communication and negotiation abilities
* Ability to strategize and execute sales plans
* Background in the construction or machinery industry is a plus
* 5 years industry sales experience minimum
