Key Responsibilities of IT Support Engineer (2nd / 3rd Line) • Provide technical support across hardware, software, networks, and mobile devices (Windows, Apple, Android). • Manage incidents and requests via ITSM tools, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption. • Support retail systems such as tills, tablets, payment devices, and printers. • Perform basic server administration and troubleshoot networking issues (IP, DNS, DHCP). • Ensure compliance with GDPR, PCI DSS, and IT security standards.
