* * Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring our financial systems are robust and compliant with all regulatory bodies and financial standards.
* * Operational Oversight & Company Secretary:Beyond finance, you will be the Company Secretary, ensuring our finances remain strong and aligned with our objectives, with a focus on daily financial operations and the financial modeling and analysis that drive sustainable growth.
* * You will also oversee the Legal and Contracts (L&C) division, ensuring strong leadership and clear objectives across its critical functions. This involves driving operational excellence and ensuring compliance across all contractual and legal aspects of the business.
